Day 4....
Well it is day 4 of my exercising and weightloss plan....the exercising part is not so hard....giving up the pop and changing my eating habits...VERY! I have had a few cans of pop, but I have cut back drastically. I was so proud of myself yesterday because when I was at Sonic (a restaurant not part of my diet plan, but a corndog just sounded so good!) I ordered a large ice water instead of a large diet coke. I never would have done this a month ago. Hopefully if I continue to cut things out and walk more I'll start to see some changes. Even if I don't see changes, I know they are happening for my body's insides and will make me an overall healthier person.
